The Board of Commissioners of Montour County, Pennsylvania will hold a public hearing on a request filed by MPL Law Firm. The applicant is requesting conditional use approval to install solar energy facilities at two (2) locations in Montour County.

Anthony Township has a mandatory septic pumping ordinance for all residents. At our April 3, 2024 meeting we revised it to be changed from a three (3) year program to a five (5) year program.
The changes are highlighted in blue on pages 9 and 10 of the attached document.
