Rental Fees 2024
- Small Room or 1/2 Large Room $120.00 + $50 = $170.00
- Large Room $160.00 + $50 = $210.00
- Both Rooms $190.00 + $50 = $240.00
The rental fee includes a $50.00 security deposit. The deposit will be returned to you approximately 15 days after your rental and inspection of the building has been completed.
No alcohol is permitted on the premises. If found with alcohol, there will be a $250 additional fee and the township has the option to deny any future rentals.
